Our camp is designed to teach young basketball players the importance of discipline on the court as well as off the court.

Let the hunger deep inside represent you

Our mission is to empower young athletes by developing their basketball skills and teaching the importance of character, leadership, and community. Through high-level training and mentorship, we prepare players for the next level—on and off the court—while creating a supportive environment where lasting friendships can grow beyond the game.

What to expect from the camp

  • Camp will last 1 week, starting July 14 and ending on July 18

  • Elite skills development

  • Lunches will be provided

  • 1 hour time management workshop

  • 2x 1 hour nutrition workshops - by a certified nutritionist

  • 2x group fitness sessions - by a certified personal trainer

  • Guest speakers (retired and current pro players)

  • Highlight tapes (individual + additional fee required)

  • Camp jerseys and shorts

  • Many more prizes throughout the week

Meet our staff

  • Khalifa koulamallah

    Khalifa is a USports athlete with over five years of experience in individual and group skill development. Raised in the Gatineau/Ottawa area, Khalifa grew up surrounded by high-level athletes who inspired his growth and shaped his journey as both a player and a coach. His training reflects a deep understanding of the game, a passion for development, and the drive of a true competitor.

  • Soungui koulamallah

    Soungui Koulamallah formed Soungui Fitness in 2018. With a degree in Fitness and Health Promotion and extensive experience as an athlete, Soungui is a skilled, knowledgeable and compassionate trainer. Soungui played highly competitive basketball for several years and his services reflect the dedication and mindset of an athlete and a professional.

  • Alycia emily

    Alycia, who serves as both the manager and Nutritionist at Soungui Fitness, holds extensive experience in her field. Over her four years with the company, she has helped 100’s of individuals cultivate healthier lifestyles by emphasizing the science behind nutrition and implementing a holistic approach to wellness. Prior to joining Soungui Fitness, Alycia graduated with First Class Honours, earning her diploma in Nutritional Biochemistry in 2021.
